In-store, open Kiyi on your phone and tap 'Add Item'. Upload one or more photos of the item directly from your camera.
Tip: Good lighting and multiple angles increase client confidence.
Enter the item price, your finder's fee (flat $ or %), the shipping cost, and your state's tax rate. Kiyi calculates the total automatically.
Tip: You can update pricing anytime before a client pays.
A unique 6-character code is generated. Tap to copy and send it to your client via text, WhatsApp, email — whatever you use.
Tip: You can also assign the item directly to a saved client.
Your client visits kiyi.net, enters their code, sees the item details and price breakdown, and completes checkout. You get an instant email notification.
Tip: Clients don't need a Kiyi account to pay.
Once paid, update the order status and ship the item. Export paid orders to Pirate Ship with one click to generate your shipping label.
Tip: Mark orders complete once delivered to keep your dashboard up to date.
Check your dashboard to see total earnings, pending orders, active items, and top clients at a glance.
Tip: The dashboard updates in real-time as orders come in.
